Remember - you and your vehicle were just involved in an auto accident. Chances are there may be damage that you cannot see and do not notice. DO NOT RISK DRIVING AN UNSAFE VEHICLE after a vehicle accident!
- We also recommend seeking competent medical attention as soon as possible. Regardless of how small you think the collision was, your body was just put through a tremendous amount of force and undue stress. We will take care of your car while you take care of your body.
- In most cases, you will need a rental vehicle. National Auto Specialty can literally get you back on the road and driving immediately in most cases.

- National Auto Specialty will keep you and the insurance company informed of the status of the vehicle during the collision repair process to guarantee that all necessary repairs are authorized and completed on your behalf.

- National Auto Specialty will always use original factory replacement parts to repair your vehicle. Our automotive experience tells us that aftermarket parts are not always the best option for your vehicle. Since we are not loyal to any insurance company, our focus is not on repairing your vehicle based on price. Our priority is making sure your vehicle is repaired correctly.
